For These Maine Artists, Creativity Has No Retirement Age
Throughout her life in art, [Auslender] explains, “I changed frequently. At times I had to stop myself because I was so enthusiastic about so many things,” she says. “But one always changes. We have to change our point of view to adapt to a world that is very changeable and susceptible. If not, we don’t understand what is happening anymore. My art changes completely with new experiences.”
